A Cellar Selection Wine Dinner

Chef Elaine Seagrave & Wine Guy Carl Hudson have teamed to create a wine dinner menu featuring the Jersey Fresh produce we enjoy during summer accompanied by complementary wine selections, many pulled directly from Carl’s wine cellar. Food stations will be located around the wine table from which Carl will serve a wide range of wines to match & enhance the dining experience.

Four featured wines include:

Sean Minor Sauvignon Blanc 2007 (CA),
Heritage Vineyards Chardonnay “no oak” 2009 (NJ),
Heritage Vineyards Dry Rose’ 2009 (NJ) & Sean Minor Pinot Noir 2007 (CA).

with a Jersey Fresh vegetable Ratatouille of white & purple eggplant, corn,
